The countdown to Halloween is on! Only 13 days away… If you want a truly disturbing flick to watch, in Episode 060 of Horror Movie Weekly, your three late-night Horror hosts, Jay of the Dead, BillChete, and Lady Phantom recommend a Mexican Horror film that pushes some boundaries called Belzebuth (2020). Lady Phantom says this movie “hurt” and “broke” her. And even setting this film’s religious aspects aside, Jay believes it has examples of immoral filmmaking. Lady Phantom also discusses how “the other” is often depicted as having “far out,” unconventional beliefs. Join us! And remember, you’re always welcome to call and leave us a voicemail at (801) 215-9704. Thanks for listening!

Great flick!!
Great episode of a movie I’ve not seen, and after listening to your episode, I’m probably going to sit this one out. But Bill asked if anyone had ever seen a Jesus statue become possessed in a movie before and I have! A little movie called Catacombs, from the 80’s I think. A life-size crucifix comes alive. No special effects, they just switch the statue for a real person.
Ooh, that is interesting, Dr. Acula. I don’t think I’ve seen it… but it sounds very different. This was super creepy and shocking.
