Commmmmentssss heeere!
Great show guys.
Making my way through the 4 hours plus Saw extravaganza on CTC.
Just purchased blu ray 1-8 for £12.49 amazing deal
Much respect.
Hello there all,
I did a lot of catching up recently, watched Under the Shadow, Yummy, Ma, and now Contracted Phase II. Thanks for all the recommendations! Also it was really nice to see the diversity in the lineup.
I really liked Contracted, but like JOTD, thought the sequel fell a bit flat (insert chromatic descending trombone sounds ala The Price is Right). You all made good points about it though, and agree that it looks good throughout… and those worms- perfectly nasty!
I enjoyed your segment on gaming, and was a huge Pitfall fan in the 80s. Do you by chance remember the Pitfall Club? You could mail in your score above 20,000 and receive a little badge and certificate in the mail. I think they ran out of badges by the time I finally got over 20,000 but I remember the certificate, kept stuffed tight in my velcro wallet.
Looking forward to next week’s show about Annihilation!
I always enjoy the podcast, thanks for all!
Thank you so much for your comments! Yeah, Contracted 2 is definitely not as good as the original. As for the gaming, I never did much of it, so, there’s that.
