This movie was ridiculous as a horror movie.
Should have been labeled a comedy.
Home Alone meets Little Miss Sunshine.
I give it a 1 out of 10.
I enjoyed the movie well enough and would agree with Jay and Phantom that this is a rental, but… that said… all of your criticisms across the board were fair and well thought out. I didn’t really disagree with anything, honestly. I think it was BillChete who pointed out that Becky should have been WAY more injured when the big gentleman smacked her around a bit, and I couldn’t agree more! LOL!
I did want to put it out there that I got the notion that Becky was disturbed on some level… that maybe there was some sort of budding psychopathy there. Am I imagining this? I ask because I seem to recall thinking that those strange breathing sounds in the score were somehow playing into that aspect of her character because that was how she would outwardly express her rage. Does that make sense?
Anyway… great work, as always, my friends! I can’t wait to hear the next show. HMW is an integral part of my Sunday routine. You’re the best!
Ha! I did say that. I think Becky definitely shows signs of psychopathy. Bill and Jay were doubtful, but given what I saw, I do believe she is disturbed. Glad we agree.

Of all the things that said in the intro, the most shocking was that there’s anybody in the world that thinks the remake of A Nightmare on Elm Street is anything but a useless pile of garbage.
