Premise:
“Snakes on a Plane” meets “Air Force One,” except no snakes and no presidents, just vampires and victims. Nadia and her young son, Elias, get on an international flight to see an American doctor who might be able to treat her unusual condition: vampirism. So, she takes suppressive medications and a blood supplement to get her through her travels. But when the flight is taken over by a group of terrorist hijackers, it may be necessary for this protective mother to show the terrorists that she is actually capable of being much more monstrous than they are…
